All products sold by Athena's Luxe Pawstry are made specifically for dogs and are not intended for human consumption.

As our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, shape, decoration, and size may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided as a guide only and may not exactly represent the final product due to variations in device screens, lighting, or individual product differences.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We have made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. However, we do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to the images displayed on our website.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantities of any products offered.

4. Ordering

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Athena's Luxe Pawstry.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including if:

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before your order is prepared, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Athena's Luxe Pawstry.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.
  • You are duly authorized to use the payment method for the purchase.
  • Charges incurred will be honoured by your bank or payment provider.

6. Custom Orders

Custom cakes, celebration products, and personalised orders are created specifically for your dog and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please carefully review all personalised details (e.g., names, messages, designs) before confirming your order.

7. Ingredients & Pet Health

Our products are made using carefully selected, dog-safe ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee their suitability for every dog or medical condition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Check ingredients before purchase to ensure they are suitable for your dog.
  • If your dog has allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions, consult your veterinarian before feeding any new treat.
  • Introduce new treats gradually to monitor for adverse reactions.

Disclaimer

Athena's Luxe Pawstry is not liable for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from:

  • Undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
  • Pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Inappropriate feeding (e.g., overfeeding, failing to supervise).
  • Improper storage after delivery or collection.

8. Feeding Advice

Our treats are intended as occasional treats and should be fed under supervision.

  • Always provide fresh drinking water for your dog.
  • Choose products appropriate for your dog’s size, age, and chewing ability.
  • Follow storage instructions provided with each product.

9. Pick-up & Delivery

Responsibility for Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive their order where applicable (e.g., for deliveries requiring a signature).

Once an order has been:

  • Collected by you,
  • Delivered to your address, or
  • Left in a safe place as requested by you,

responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to you.

Storage Instructions

  • Fresh products (e.g., Pawstry Collection) must be refrigerated or frozen according to the storage instructions provided.
  • Dehydrated products (e.g., Crunch Collection) should be stored in a cool, dry place as directed.

Athena's Luxe Pawstry cannot accept responsibility for products that have been:

  • Left unrefrigerated (for fresh products).
  • Improperly stored (e.g., exposed to heat or moisture).
  • Mishandled after collection or delivery.
  • Damaged after they have left our care.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Incorrect product selection (e.g., ordering the wrong item).
  • Your dog not liking the product.
  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
